Is there a fuse that I can pull that will disable the chime when you put the key in but not start it and also the seat beltbuzzer/light. My chime is bad and the buzzer sticks on. Thanks!!!

Seeing that I need to replace my turbo, I was going to go with a 5931 from full throttle but started to think about it. With my current set up is there any advantage to going with a bigger turbo? Or is that a waste of money. I dont want to get a bigger turbo and then need to upgrade several other components to make it work well. Advice please!!!

Well out of the blue ( no pun intended) it started smoking this weekend? My question is can I run it by-passing the turbo, so I can determine if its the turbo pushing oil in or a worse problem? I was just going to plumb it from the MAF to the intake, stay out of boost obviously, and see if the smoking stops. Also was going to put a white rag over the output of the intercooler and see if it gets oily? Any suggestions?

Probably not the correct name but has anyone tried to replace the stock steering box with one out of say a C4 corvette. I want to get a quicker ratio, I have wider tires on the front of mine, all steering components are in good shape, but because of our dipped out roads the car wanders all over and I thought with a quicker ratio it would be nicer to drive. I had a C4 and it liked to follow the ruts but it was much easier to manage. Thanks

So I am reading Steve site on tuning and have a TT chip. I take hose off FPR and set pressure to 43, put hose back on and go thru the setting of idle O2's in the 780-800 range set-up? Basically my question is, set FP at 43 with hose off to set base pressure, then put back on and tune from there? Cant get brain to function today???

What do you guys that have to put them away in the winter do when waking them back up? I have been in the habit of changing the oil in spring but I'm reading I should have been doing it when I put it away? Also I replaced the alky with windshield washer fluid for storage but that seems like a waste of time??

Do you guys in cold climates empty your alky systems and replace with anti-freeze windshield wiper fluid? I was told to do this, and did, but I dont understand the benefit??

Looking for some help here. I just got a 2008 CTS and was one of the lucky ones to get one that has a vibration. Seems about 10-20% of them have this mystery issue that they cant figure out. My question is this. Anyone have a "home remedy" to damper vibration on a drive shaft?
