Found a CAS V4 stock location IC for sale here in town. Cant wait to see how it does at the track with some cool air! Heres a pic of it next to my old Dutt neck IC. The V4 has 21 rows.

Nice.
You gonna peddle the dutt neck?

I had it listed on here and tb.com a few weeks ago. Sold to a tb.com member. Track opening in January here in Vegas. Cant wait to run my car when its not 100 degrees out.

I love my CAS V4 works well it's a nice intercooler.

Nice work finding one. :)

Are there any notable differences between the CAS V4 and a precision stretched SLIC?
-
pte is 3"in 3"out vs 2.5" in 2.5" out with the cas,
pte has bar and plate core vs the garret core on the cas
pte core is thicker 3" vs 2.75 on the cas
one other thing not mentioned ..the PTE is almost as heavy as my cas v1 fmic

theres also an IC test that has the performance data

And the PTE cost about double what a used CAS V4 costs if you can find one. I know a guy here in town with the PTE SLIC, looks like a very nice piece. From my hours of internet reading both should be able to support very low 10s so I have some room to grow.
