Been fighting a clearance issue with my down pipe. Changed the motor mount no change clocked my turbo and down pipe gained a little but it was short lived seemed it would slide back after a good thrashing. Decided to modify my old mount to see if I could gain some clearance. Elongated the holes in the mount cut and fit pieces to fill the bottom of the hole and welded it all up ground things flat. Problem is probably the pipe?

Should have added a piece of plate steel and then drill the holes so it moves the motor up more off the frame .

I know for a fact it's the down pipe was not issue with my Kenny bell headers. Reared it's ugly head when I put my stockers back on.....
It's a GN1 externally gated unit, I had to have it cut and re welded right out of the box.

Learned my lesson the first time with a POS GBODY DP. Grabbed an RJC...no issues...fit like a glove.

I hear that I was looking for an external gated pipe saw the TA one after I had this one.....
