Title: Hoosier DOT drag radials
Post by: trashmechlv on August 31 2013, 03:23:21 PM: Heres a pic of my new 275/60/15 Hoosier DOT drag radials mounted on 15x8s. Trying to go to track in 2 weeks since I got rained out Friday. went out this morning to play a little, had air psi at 26 and they hooked tons better than my Nittos at 20. They are SOFT and sticky. :rock:

They're gonna get a torture test with this CEA 6262 very shortly.

I have to wait 2 weeks until next test n tune here. I had them at 26 this morning and after a small burnout they spun about 10 feet then hooked leaving at 5lb boost on the brakes. At a 2-3lb boost launch they dead hooked on street. Thinking of starting at 22 psi air at track and work my way down if needed. My car only builds 5-6lb boost on brake at 3000rpm but it kills my Nittos that I run as street tires.
