Title: New Exhaust
Post by: Shimy87 on August 26 2013, 12:04:21 PM: Exhaust pipes have some holes rusted in them so time to replace from cat back. I like the Pypes system but kinda pricey just under $400. Have heard good things about the sound of this system also. What is another good alternative with maybe a lower price?

Matter of perspective I guess. Hooker? not much cheaper...

I spent more than 400$ building a temporary 3" system for my Challenger this spring and I quit at the rear axle and called it good enuf

you can find hookers around here for as low as $100.
some will even take payment in meth or coke.

Ain't that the truth. A co-worker had an exhaust custom built from cat back. All stainless with welded bends, it was $1700.00. :O It did look nice and sounded really good for a 4 cylinder, not an obnoxious sound like some 4 bangers.
