I have a chrome moly driveshaft and I was wondering if I should paint it or not? Some guys say, "No, never paint a chrome moly!" Yet you see the Denny's ones painted in a nice black. What do you guys think?

Is Denny's painted or powdercoated?
I can't see why you can't paint moly, as long as the surface is prepped correctly, and the right paint is used.
Aren't most roll bars moly?

I don't think there is a problem painting it, it's that some people find it taboo.

paint it, powdercoat it...or plain ol' water colours

Vinyl wrap it!
My C-M shaft is painted.

That's a good idea. I could use a mirror finish and make it look like there is no driveshaft!

Carbon Fibre vinyl wrap to match Dennis's hood supports. LOL
-
just paint it evenly so you don't get it out-of -balence :chin: :P
