Title: Trans not shifting into OD

My trans is not shifting into OD.  Other than that everything else seems to be working fine.  Anyone have any ideas?

at full throttle, or normal driving?

chris is it going in to 4th just not locking up?  try lifting the bottom of the brake pedel if it is going in to 4th.

No.  The lock up works (in 3rd).   It is not shifting into 4th.
