Anyone know how much air they moved and total current draw?

iirc ~22 - 2300
As far as current it was all over the place, ~18 - 26 amp @ 13.8vdc.

The fan for the 2006 HHR 2.4 is very popular in some circles and is rumored to be very strong

Lot's of great fans out there. Just keep in mind the increased current draw with some.  You don't want your alt glowing red  :icon_eyes:

One of the good reasons to use a factory fan is that the shroud is usually designed to pull air thru the entire core area covered whereas a lot of the aftermarket fans are no so well designed and they tend to pull mainly thru the area covered by the blades
