It "was" the 87' Original Lacquer (I'm a professional Detailer, Been doing Mobile Detailing for 20+years)Your Black Buick's best friend is a Fine Grade clay bar an bottle Quick Detailer,Then Teflon sealant type wax! poly's,silicones,esp. Carnuba wax's all evaporate in sun in 30 days on black paint job,Teflon won't..Teflons bonus, water sheets off, doesn't water bead!! leaving spots..8^) Enjoy!

I use Adams products and am very pleased with results ( 4 black vehicles) but always looking for a "better" way :D . My 90 day wait will be up soon and am looking forward to detailing mine!
