I am thinking I will stop greeting each new member.
1. They may not WANT it announced that they joined.
2. I modified the Welcome email with a link to this forum, asking they introduce themselves.
3. If they want to, they will post here.

Well some actually like it as you have seen , I understand where you are coming from.
Maybe if they click the link it will let you and the rest of us know that they would like to feel welcomed, hence a follow up?
Most people when they meet like to introduce themselves to the others there, if their purpose is less than honorable they may not want to be introduced or known.
Ok my feelings on it.

Most tracks get all pissed off if you gush ant-freeze all over the track, they don't mind just plain water. At Pinks, they announced all day: if anybody is caught using anti-freeze they were automatically disqualified. Most of us just didn't tell em'. :player: :player:
