I LOVE that show!

Mike was on a Skype chat a few weeks ago, and there was a webchat at the same time - He answered a few of my questions.

One was why Edd didn't use more air tools - he said they would screw up the audio.

At least they kept the hosts.
Hopefully they won't have shitty american writers creating unfunny jokes.

the work that they do is actually believable and they actually show it being done...or at least a portion of it.

I was watching one tonight where they fixed up a Miata...made me want to go buy one.....

I watched the episodes on the WRX- changing the clutch.
Now I know why Davepar hates them :)

Dealer charges close to 3000$ to do a clutch on a WRX.  Told my son, you break it, you pay for it.  He was not into clutch dumping.

Miatas are very neat little cars that are a blast to drive.

Should at least include a hand job at that price.

getting to it on an awd car is not a lot of fun.

heck, it took me about 75 bolts just to get the downpipe and exhaust off.  They are put together very well.

my exhaust on the gti was real easy actually.

steve my friend has a r32 (awd 6cyl vw) he told me his front dif is something like 2900 just for the dif.

So when the salesman knocked off [insert English pound symbol here]750 pounds off the asking price it wasn't much of a discount considering the price of replacement.
The "profit" may all be in Ed's labour.

You need to drive one that's set up for SCCA. Those things can fly and I doubt a girl (Donna not included  :D ) would drive one. :finga:

the Fiero was often known as the secretaries
car but I have a friend with one that is turbo'd, giant brakes, and a full blown racing suspension and it scares the heck out of me, but, it is sure fun.
