I have it and LOVE it. 25mbps down, 25mbps up. NFL Network, great online management, remote DVR (from my phone!) Can't complain. I do wish they had the DIY channel in HD, but that's about it.

Faster than 97% of you bitches!! w00t!

I work from home, and use a VOIP phone, so my internet access is very important.

Do it Yourself. Home repairs and such. They have it in SD, but not HD. I'm an HD snob, I find it hard to watch non-HD shit.

One thing Brighthouse (Time Warner/Road Runner for you non-Florida folks) has that Verizon doesn't is the restart feature, where you can restart some programs - but overall, I think Verizon is a much better carrier and deal overall.

Very rare for the internet to falter. MAYBE 1-2 times in the last year.

I have never had a choppy TV signal....

first off. verizon customer service might be the shittiest of the shitty.

as far as the tv goes.. i dont know how i ever did with out hd tv.

the internet.. not impressed at all.

the service as a whole... its ok at best.

They are still around here and they suck...

I did have Charter in Northern Illinois before moving to the mid-South And it seemed good. Had the VoIP with them as well.
