I'm sure that if I practice enough I can be as respectful as you and refer to my intellectual superiors as feeble and worthy of our pity. I have to assume that you're still talking about Steve (who, despite your valiant posts, doesn't need your help or support). When the trash talking has hit the fan in the past Wood has thrown a zinger or two my way that stung like hell...and I probably both deserved and appreciated it!
yes i'm for real. take some time out to grow up a little bit and get over it. there really are guys out there like me that believe in showing some respect for the honest intelligent people in the generations before ours. especially the guys (that for whatever reason that befuddles me), attempt to freely help us out with wisdom and constuctive critisism.
i can't speak for steve wood, but i've seen enough post from him to know that mouthing off at others with words like "fuck you", is probably not in his character at all.
not saying i'm perfect or the most mature guy in the world either. theres been a handful of comments i've made to a few fellow tbguys over the years that i regret saying and wish i could erase. i live and learn and try to put more thought into it the next time.
so don't go off on one of your "rants"... or start calling me a bunch of jr high names to prove your the coolest kid in class, and don't try to all of a sudden prove how grown up you are. just try and see it from a respectful perspective for a few months and maybe some things in your life will start changing for the better.
maybe start by not calling your wife a "cunt". i bet your a real gem to be married to :rolleyes;
Ah, the whole 'grow up' angle! As stale and sophomoric as they get, yet some folks still throw about accusations of juvenility while employing such junior high (your words) tactics as the Drive a wedge/Suck up technique above. Here's how it works: you illustrate as eloquently as you can how I've been ungentlemanly to a personality more popular than myself and simultaneously tarnish me and garner favor for yourself. It's a really good ploy and I've seen it used many many times. The problem here is that the poor, feeble man that you would protect is neither poor nor feeble and most certainly is not stupid enough to either, A: get caught up in the mess and adopt you, or B: give a damn when I post this obligatory response and take *my* turn sucking up. (Hi, Steve! ) Steve knows what I think of him and I *think* I know what he thinks of me. I will leave that at that.
I'd like you to reference the "Lybia For Sylvan" thread, post #5. See what I did there? I poked fun at my own impoverished ego and drew attention to how amusing it is that I would have some believe that I'm some sort of celebrity in this dark little corner of a board. The reason? Because everyone but you knows that in reality I am about the most timid, introverted, door-holding bitch of a person that you'll ever meet. Many of us on this/these boards stand behind the curtain while exhibiting our tongue-in-cheek online personalities from time to time without a hope of fooling anyone (Unless you think that Tim really is Zorak The Omniscient). I even went out of my way in "Muslims Vs, Christians" Page 6, Post #5 to close with, "...and fuck tipping 20%". See, tying it up at the end with an absurdity disarms the preceeding ugliness. Again, everyone gets this but you. Jesus, man- do you wnader the streets letting people know that Andy Kauffman didn't actually wrestle?
I also have to apologize for going on one of "my rants" here, but when you did your best to question my character it kind of obligated me to respond. But good idea, I think I'll try that, "You suck! But don't respond" thing next time I disagree with someone. Most of the people on this board have killed a few beers with me from time to time and therefor there really isn't any whining about atomic wedgies administered via Buick board. We're good friends and that is why this website originated (perhaps unintentionall y) as the trash-talk board for those with strong opinions and thick hides. Yet, in PM, the knives are sheathed. So welcome to the format, I'm glad you're here- just do try and get accustomed to the climate. Really, I've got nothing particularly nasty to say, I can appreciate that you're new here. No biggy, bud. But if you ever make me type this much again I'm going to your house and I'm gonna shit in the kitchen sink.

you lost me about half way through. the reverse-reverse psycology-back-at-me thing isn't gonna cut it. theres not much disputing the things i pointed out, if there was, you (and others that care about you) would be doing more than just trying to stand your ground.

other than a motorcycle forum, this is the only place i post now. there is alot of tb owners (i know local, and mostly older gentlemen) that still don't even know much about online forums to get help/insight for their tb. and i have made it clear why i like this board more than the others. and i think it'd be nice to have people of any character to be able to post here without you going off and calling them fucking fuckity fuck-fucks :rolleyes;

Y'know, I once spent an entire year claiming to be in a wheelchair. Why? Shoot, I don't know- I thought it was funny. I'd say my sense of humor is 50% Kauffman/50% Norton.
If you can't live with that perhaps you can find a Beanie Baby site whereon you all post about your first gay experience and how little you feel your father cared about you.
I hate St. Louis (once spent a night in jail there downtown on a mistaken identity) and I sure as hell don't need your help with a hookup, but thanks.

far as being mod consideration though,i have a "hurry up and wait" kind of job, so almost all of my posting is done via iphone, and isnt the most comfortable to navigate around on. i don't really see a need for a mod anyway on a site like this except for maybe cleaning up spam.
and i guess i really don't need to go posting 50's porn pics of my gn's. most my gf's, friend girls, etc... are the artsy type, and really like to pose with them. i think its hot, and would post them on tbs.com to have a little break from the norm is all.

That should be pretty easy, most boards have a way of either forming a user group that people can join which allows them access, or the board admin has to change each person's status to all them access to different areas.
