I went to put an offer on one Friday morning that I looked at on Thursday night, only to find out that it went under agreement while I was looking at it. Then later Friday morning my realtor got a call about another house that I had looked at. There were 5 other viewings, and two of them resulted in identical offers to mine. They wanted to know if I was willing to pay more.
I'm sure they asked the other people the same question.

And S6 is absolutely right. - There are alot of shitholes on the market.
Its amazing how some people will let things go.
