1 acre, currenty no garage - but there's a large concrete pad next to the big shed in the back. Also has a mother in law "house", a 1 room unit w/A/C, a pole barn, and the cool treehouse.

I'm waiting on the offer I had just placed. Its been a day and a half and I haven't gotten a rejection notification yet. Hopefully they're considering it. Possibly waiting to see if they recieve any higher offers during the grace period.

I had the inspection this morning - what a fuckin mess that house is. Cut and VERY poorly repaired trusses (to fix termite damage we suppose) roof is shot underlayment will need most replaced, leaks, plumbing, electrical - blah fuckin blah blah blah..

Shady ass homeowners.

I withdrew the offer.

Back to the grind!

They had a copy of my pre-approval so they should know. What the hell are they thinking?

Some of thes short sales "homeowners" are delirious in their demands. Listen you sniveling fuck. You can't afford the mortgage YOU SIGNED, and you're going to act like my $$$ isn't good enough?

I'll make sure to call them when I see the forecolsure and lien go through.
