After reviewing the crash, I still believe that car can be fixed. I don't think
It will be easy, but I think its repairable. I'd be willing to bet that the impact was only about 45 mph or less. You'll notice that when the car went sideways it lost alot of speed. It also had traction issues that caused it to go sdeways which also shows
that it didn't achieve its capable speed. Finally it came to a rest at the 660' All of
these factors added up along with proper safety equipment is why he walked away from it.

My old 86 Grand Prix probably looked like that before I got it, and some body shop magaged to fix it. I only found out because I had found where they welded the rear section back onto the car. About 6 years ago, insurance companies wouldn't total anything. You should've seen some of the cars they managed to fix. My friends wife wrecked their Toyota Tundra Quad Cab
and they went as far as replacing the entire frame.

Where did you find the Febus version ? I saw it on his camera, but I haven't seen it on a large screen yet.

When the driver's rear hit the ground again, his fronts were still aimed right and the sudden traction flipped him over.

look at NHRA Rules for time and speed....Beech Bend has always been lax with the GSCA event....have seen guys in shorts and windows open running 11's....even smoking....

Yeah, no shit! WTF???????? I may be applying makeup, but I am not as talented as Mark and Rob, I have heard that they can change their tampons while driving.... :rofl;
